Terms of Service

1. The Service

Ghost is a platform that connects people who want to earn money by creating and posting social media content ("Creators" or "you") with the brands, accounts, and campaigns that pay for that work. Through the App, you may be offered tasks such as posting videos, recording content, managing or warming up accounts, and submitting reviews on third-party platforms. We do not guarantee that any minimum number of tasks, opportunities, or earnings will be available to you.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and physically based in the United States. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you reside in the United States, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may not use a VPN, proxy, or any other tool or method to mask, alter, or misrepresent your location or identity while using the App. If we determine that you have used a VPN or proxy, provided false location or identity information, or otherwise violated these eligibility requirements or any other provision of these Terms, you are subject to immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any earnings and account balance, whether or not already accrued.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To use the App you must create an account and complete our onboarding and identity verification process, which may require submitting your legal name, a government-issued identification document, and a selfie. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may approve, reject, pause, or suspend any account at our discretion.

4. Tasks and Your Responsibilities

When you accept a task, you agree to complete it in accordance with the instructions provided and to submit truthful, accurate proof of completion. You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of any third-party platform (such as TikTok, Instagram, or other services) on which you perform tasks. You agree that you will not:

• Submit false, fraudulent, fabricated, or misleading proof of completion.
• Use bots, automation, or other deceptive means to complete tasks or inflate results.
• Post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

5. Payments and Payouts

Earnings for completed and approved tasks accrue to your account balance. Payouts are processed through Stripe, and you must set up and maintain a valid Stripe Connect account to receive payment. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for any taxes owed on amounts you earn. A minimum balance may be required before you can request a payout. We may withhold, delay, reduce, or reverse payments where we reasonably believe a task was not completed as required or where we detect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

6. Content and Ownership

The content involved in tasks is owned by Clickbait Labs and the brands and campaigns on whose behalf the tasks are performed. Any content you post, record, upload, or otherwise produce in connection with a task is created on their behalf, and you do not acquire or retain any ownership, intellectual property, or other rights in that content. To the extent you have any rights in such content, you irrevocably assign them in full to Clickbait Labs (or, where applicable, to the relevant brand or campaign) upon creation, and you waive any moral rights you may have in it.

You agree to provide any cooperation reasonably necessary to give effect to this assignment. You further represent that your submissions do not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have all rights necessary to grant and assign what is described in these Terms.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, pause, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we determine your conduct is harmful to Clickbait Labs, our partners, or other users. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time. Termination does not affect any earnings validly owed to you for tasks completed and approved before termination, subject to our right to withhold payment as described above.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clickbait Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you earned through the App in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
